Welcome to the Hotel Doussiere, the hotel of the gorges of the Tarn and the Jonte.
Come to take advantage of our rooms renewed and decorated in the respect for the tradition of our region. 20 rooms of the hotel shall offer you an open view on Jonte, on village classified by Peyreleau and on site of Capluc (cliff overhanging Rozier).
The hotel consists of two buildings of which a historically relay of postal exchange. The facade of which is classified ancient memorial is situated to Peyreleau (Aveyron) to 20 km of Millau. The main building of the hotel is situated on the other bank of Jonte, in Rozier (in Lozere).
You will be able to benefit from our very new space forms.
You will be accommodated in the confluence of the gorges of the Tarn and the Jonte, where from you can leave and visiting the big limestone plateaus, the ledges of the gorges of the Tarn and the Jonte, and discovering the caves of Aven Armand, Dargilan, the abyss of Bramabiau, the town of insects: Micropolis and of course the Millau viaduct.
You can adventure into the gorges, or enjoy a cayak or raft journey, and also can experience a mountain bike trail alone the Tarn and Jonte, of which the local native "vulture moine" is often sited.
You will sample the specialities of Aveyron and of Lozere: the cheese of Roquefort, the aligot of Aubrac, the truffles of the limestone plateau, the lobsters of the Tarn, the trouts of Dourbie, the wild boar of Lozere, the veal of Aveyron, the tripous of Naucelle...
