The hotel is situated in the villages of Peyreleau and Rozier.
The hotel consists of two buildings arranged on both sides the river Jonte.
At the exit of the village of Rozier, Jonte throws itself into the Tarn.
The hotel is situated at the entrance of both gorges: gorges of the Tarn and gorges of Jonte. The cliff of Capluc characterizes the connection of both gorges.
These gorges bound three limestone plateaus: the limestone plateau of sauveterre in the North, the mejean limestone plateau in the centre and the black limestone plateau in the South.
Some rare villages are lost in the middle of these big spaces that are limestone plateaus.
Castles are the witnesses privileged by the history of gorges.
Other valleys cut the big limestone plateaus: gorges of Dourbie and valley of the Bourg for example.
Since a few years, the viaduct of Millau east to be discovered absolutely. It is the highest motorway viaduct of the world (245 meters).
